Responsibilities:

  • The Chief Collector oversees the weekly collection process, including training and supervising the weekly collectors.
  • The weekly collectors will record individual account payments, deposit those contributions, and report them to the Chief Collector and Treasurer.
  • The Chief Collector records the weekly contributions into the record and prepares periodic account statements for each contributor.
